Applied Card Systems, an affiliate of Roch Capital, is hiring an Information Security Monitoring and Reporting Analyst.

This position reports in-office Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm at our Glen Mills, PA headquarters.  

The Information Security Monitoring/Reporting Analyst is responsible for the monitoring of all systems in the enterprise as it relates to data security and data integrity.  The Analyst is responsible for providing administrative support to the Company in the areas of reporting security metrics on all computer platforms and applications across the enterprise. The Analyst will be the facilitator and administrator for the daily reports produced by other positions in Information Security. The Analyst will also be responsible for reporting and following up on items in the reports that are above the norm or baseline. This position will also interact with a team of individuals that monitor the daily security issues.

Essential Functions:

  • Collect and distribute security metrics reports.
  • Maintain and archive reports, audit report access, and communicate to the Information Security department what reports are available for analysis.
  • Assist other Information Security staff in analysis of security incidents.
  • Report and follow-up on significant items contained in the reports.
  • Achieve a high level of proficiency in all aspects of data protection, and system security for assigned systems.
  • Create, monitor, and administer periodic security reviews on assigned systems, control, and connectivity. This will involve all relevant questions / checklists of external audits and will be used to monitor audit compliance.
  • Create/analyze periodic reports detailing key system security features using MS Word, Excel, and system generated reports.
  • Investigate system vulnerabilities.
  • Investigate possible security issues/incidents found via monitoring

Education & Work Experience:

  • Associate's degree and/or two (2) or more years Information Technology experience with a specific focus on system administration or security preferred.

Certifications & Licenses:

  • Security+ or SSCP Certification Preferred
