The Applied Bank Personal Banker is responsible for delivering an exceptional client service experience while providing customers with a full range of banking products and services.  The Personal Banker will be engaged and develop trusted relationships with clients in order to effectively understand the client’s needs and provide banking solutions to help accomplish their financial goals.

Personal Banker Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full array of banking services, with a primary focus on sales and service, for the attraction, retention and expansion of business and personal customers.  
  • Provide unmatched and exceptional customer service to current or prospective clients by understanding their background and financial needs and delivering solutions.
  • Perform cash transactions, open or update accounts and refer consumer or small business loans to support the broader financial needs of customers
  • Participate and assist in branch and community events to increase market and brand awareness of Applied Bank
  • Bring a professional, positive energy and confidence to Applied Bank and its customers every day

What qualifications are we looking for?

  • High School degree or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year cash handling experience strongly preferred
  • 2 years of sales and customer service experience
  • Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
  • Self-motivated, confident and ability to multi-task effectively

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Varies based on branch schedule and needs, Monday through Friday and may include some Saturdays during the summer season.
