The Account Services Analyst processes all Customer requests that are received via a Laservault work case or in writing. Areas of responsibility include Routing incoming documents, Address Changes, Phone Number Removals, General Correspondence, Account Maintenance, Bankruptcy, CCCS, Cease and Desist, Deceased, Credit Bureau Disputes ( ACDV & AUD) Fee Disputes, Letter Request, Payment Research, FDR reports and assist with special projects They are also expected to maintain a professional demeanor and promote open communication with all company business partners.

Essential Functions:

  • Thorough Understanding of all Account Services policies and procedures.
  • Thorough understanding of Account Service’s related work categories.
  • The ability to review incoming documents and take the appropriate actions to complete assignments.
  • Ability to identify Laservault inquiries that were miss-routed and redirect to appropriate role.
  • Ensure that all assignments are processed accurately and within compliance of Account Services procedures, Applied Bank and FDIC guidelines.
  • Identify and communicate to management all adverse trends that may relate to Customer dissatisfaction.
  • Responsible for maintaining current Account Services procedures.
  • Responsible for maintaining productivity and quality standards.
  • Thorough understanding of company polices including FDIC Privacy rules.
  • Participate in team meetings.
  • Occasionally assist with other assignments including Customer Service calls when requested.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills required.
  • PC-related skills (Microsoft Office , Lotus Notes or other software applications)
  • Ability to multi-task various tasks and projects.
  • Ability to work independently and with other Associates to ensure the completion of assigned tasks.

Education & Work Experience:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of Credit or Banking Call Center or Customer Service related experience, or at least six (6) months of Credit Card Account Services experience.
  • Associate’s degree preferred.
