The Production Support Analyst, reporting directly to the Systems Operations Manager, is responsible for the first level support of production system issues and problems, particularly those issues dealing with CUSTOMER impact from the application processing system to FDR.

Essential Functions:

  • Production file processing as required, including building files for transmission to FDR.
  • Production data fixes including manipulation of applications within the AS/400 or StrategyWare to ensure proper processing.
  • Perform research and analysis within various systems (i.e. FDR, AS/400, Latitude, and StrategyWare).
  • Develop, write and facilitate departmental documentation.
  • Perform periodic user access reviews for AS400, VPN, CDE, FDR, Fiserv applications, etc.
  • Open/Close/Assign helpdesk tickets (Arraya ServiceDesk) to the appropriate department
  • Request to add/remove technicians to Arraya ServiceDesk
  • User Administration:
  • Create/Maintain/Delete accounts (AD, FDR, AS400, Fiserv, etc.)
  • Add/Remove associates access to Cardholder Data Environment (CDE)
  • Grant/Remove access to VPN
  • Assign/Unassign RSA tokens
  • Grant/Remove access to shared drives, applications, etc.


Education & Experience:

  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school required; Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from four-year college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or Business Management discipline preferred and/or:
  • One to two years of Credit Card experience preferred.
  • Provide query and analysis support to IT customers as required.
  • Demonstrate Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Outlook, Visio, SQL, SAS, SharePoint, Latitude.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Fiserv, FDR and AS400 systems.
