The Executive Resolution Specialist researches and drafts responses to Customer inquiries received from regulatory agencies or addressed to executive staff members.  The Analyst must also maintain professional contact with the Customer to provide final resolutions to all assignments.

Essential Functions:

  • Research and draft response to all customer inquiries from government agencies and correspondence received by executive staff members.                                                                 
  • Performs operational risk reviews of department processes to ensure compliance with policy, procedure, and mitigation of regulatory risk.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Proficient PC knowledge (Microsoft Office and/or other software applications).
  • Sufficient understanding of or ability to research relevant banking regulations.

Education Experience:

  • Associate's and/or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Six (6) months in Customer Service and/or Correspondence, preferred.
